We are based in Retford, and cover walks and training in local surrounding areas. If you're unsure, just drop us a message - we'll let you know if we can come to you. With grooming you would come to us, however we do offer a local walk and groom service as well as limited pickup and drop offs.
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

If anything we prefer it as its real life and we want to make sure you we get to the root cause of the problems you might be having. This can be especially helpful for dogs who have difficulty adjusting to new surroundings or who have behaviour issues that are specific to their home environment.
